Adding Twitch emotes (animated and static) to show in the game chat like they would in a Twitch chat? (It usually only shows the emotes text name used for Twitch and not the actual emote)

I think I've seen something similar done in another mod but I don't know if that mod would co-exist with your mod, so thought I would ask here.
