Mod uteamcore requires forge 31.2.20 or above. Currently, forge is 31.2.9

updgrade to release 2.12.1.158 on forge 31.2.9

You therefore need to update to forge 31.2.20.
I don't see a problem here

I think the problem is I shouldn't report bugs before drinking a second cup of coffee. I was reading 31.2.20 as 31.2.2.0 therefore less than 3.2.9
