Bug description

Like in the title - as i think from around 1.20+ version the texture of ExperienceBar is broken.
as i saw in log file, the reason is

Failed to load texture: minecraft:textures/gui/icons.png
java.io.FileNotFoundException: minecraft:textures/gui/icons.png
(more in attached log file)

i dont use any additional mods, only car mod, official minecraft launcher

except that, mod works perfectly fine, would be great if u could fix that bug, beacause its very annoying and breake a bit fun from driving.

Steps to reproduce

1. summon / build ANY car
2. go inside
3. if you are on survival mode, look at experience bar - texture is broken

Expected behavior

Instead of black-magenta broken static texture, there should be working simulation of car speed, that how it worked on versions 1.19 and below
