Road markings aren't selectable

Bug description
Opening the road markings tab with shift+Right click I cannot see any of the road markings
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Go to 'painter tool'
- Click on 'shift+right click'
- See no textures of markings'
- See error
Expected behavior
List of markings should be viewable.

Please provide log files of the game session in which the problem occurred.

Please check if this also happens without any other mods installed. If not, please let me know which mod is causing it.

I have tested all and Spark seems to be the culprit.
