Both variants of copper, raw and ingots have no use. Raw copper can not be smelted to create ingots, or crafted to create raw copper blocks. Copper ingots, if obtained through creative mode, can only be crafted into blocks and nothing else.

Because copper spawns everywhere in the world, this creates an ore that is useless.
