[Bug]: Challenges don't get cleared after reaching the "Mastered" tier in the Mining Skill Card.

Describe the Bug
It happens when you level the Mining Skill Card to the Mastered tier through commands,
NOTE: I couldn't recreate this issue in the normal way.
To Reproduce
- Get a Mining Skill Card in inventory or Skills Record
- Execute the Mining Skill Card's changing tier command to tier mastered.
Catch the bug In Action!
