Feature request: Toggle or not horde spawning in light

Currently hordes seem to ignore light levels completely and spawn even with light, it would be nice to have a toggle for this thoo, just like spawn on trees.
1.3.0-beta1 for Forge 1.20.1 has that Feature now. Will be coming to other Loaders and Minecraft versions soon :)
