No crafting recipes for decorative blocks, lack of tags

Doesn't show up in JEI, doesn't work when I try a crafting table, and doesn't work in a stonecutter.

Additionally, no tags allowing for stone tool, furnace, etc. crafting. Would be nice to bring this back from the 1.18.2 version
