Vanilla lapis lazuli ore only requires a stone pickaxe to mine. UnEarthed's lapis lazuli ores require an iron pickaxe. This can be tested by attempting to mine any UnEarthed lapis lazuli ore variant in survival mode with a stone pickaxe.
