Embers Stamper not being unified

The materials coming out of an Embers stamper is not being unified. It should be giving me Immersive Engineering Plates and Ingots for Copper, but is giving me Embers Copper instead.

The only copper ingot in the ore dictionary is Immersive Engineering's, as for plates.
