[0.2.5] Instabilis crops don't produce Detcord when harvested correctly

In version 0.2.5 of Unique Crops, Instabilis crops are growing correctly and behaving as expected when harvested both with and without the use of shears; however, the crop only ever produces seeds (when harvested with shears), not Detcord- which it used to drop in previous versions, so I'm assuming it's still intended to be the produce of the Instabilis crop?

(Note this is indeed separate to #37, which just appears to have been user error)
