I am testing this at ~y5 with a random tick speed of 500 and after sitting here for a few minutes, no bedrock has been converted. I am told this is unusual and that some should have been created by now.

it was functionally correct - it'd convert nearby obsidian to dark blocks

it acted this way because there used to be a config option that didn't exist before that converted obsidian to dark blocks in the event that a world with flat bedrock (or skylands) was generated

now it should function as expected before, and the config option exists now: c300583
