JEI doesn't update with recipe changes done with KubeJS

I'm using KubeJS in my pack and was able to change recipe for cobblonia seed but JEI recipe doesn't reflect it. It still shows the original recipe. GIF for example

Also tried to use datapack method to change recipe and it doesn't work at all.
