[1.19.2] Conflicting with Apothesis

Botania + Apothesis + aquamirae + Unique Enchantments Conflict.

@itsdinkd known issue.
We just have a giant patch that is being developed and it awaits a few libraries.
But its fixed in the latest "INDEV UNRELEASED" build
