After using bone meal on a cactus, the newly grown cactus will not be destroyed if there are blocks around it, which is inconsistent with vanilla behavior.

1. Place a cactus and place a block that will destroy the cactus, such as stone, in one of the front, back, left, and right blocks above it.
2. After using bone meal on a cactus, the resulting cactus is not destroyed by surrounding blocks.
