[Bug]: Universal Bone Meal + Right Click Harvest can cause duplicating sugar cane.

If you right click sugar cane using bone meal while right click harvest is being used (with "required hoe disabled"), it will cause duplication of sugar cane. Specifically, it allows for bone meal's mechanic to be used without using up the bone meal occasionally.
