Prominence 2 Fabric v1.3.6hf 1.20.1

I was in the nether and died after respawning. I restarted my client upon entering the game. I didn't have a compass but returned to the location of my death only to find the grave being physically there but invisible. I get an error when left clicking on the grave, but I'm able to carry it around and through dimensions.
