Not sure if this is an issue on your side, because technically crash report points at Consistency+, however, due to the fact that Universal Graves 1.1.0 works without issues with Consistency+, I decided to report it here first.

Latest log with Universal Graves 1.1.0 and Consistency+ working just fine together:
