Levels recovered is wrong when using "fixed levels" mod

Heyo
It seems using Fixed Levels breaks the code giving you xp back.. basically if you have below a certain amount of levels and die, the grave restores too few levels, but if you have a lot of levels the grave restores too many levels, which is very easy to exploit unfortunately.
Tested with and without alternative_experience_entity, same result. Also tried using percent_levels instead of percent_experience it's the exact same. I haven't tried the 'drop' setting, what does it do exactly?
