Grave causes chunk to permanently not load

On minecraft 1.18 I died at height -1 and when I went back to the chunk I died it would permanently not load until I removed the mod.
Do you have lithium? Then see this #30
Oh, I should point out I don't think a lithium incompatibility is the cause of the crashing on respawn, at least not on it's own. When I uninstalled krypton the crashing issue went away but later on the chunks still ended up not rendering. I see WhiteBrownie also had krytpon as well as lithium installed.
