In the case of needing to build off a grave to try to get a safe ground, either as another player to make a safe ground for whomever lost their stuff, it'd be nice to not have to try to build scaffolding down and instead place directly off the head.

An exception can be made if the item's action would fail anyways (i.e. food, shield, tools, torches, etc.) in which it'd be expected to have said items fail to use or place anyways, and allow a take-all anyways.

If the player can't extract the grave anyways (i.e. is someone else's and it's protected), fall through to item handling anyways.
