Currently it says that they can drop Nether Wart Jam and Nether Box while according to the wiki and the current 1.12.2 code they have the following drops:
A Shiny Pearl's
A rare chance of dropping either a Ore Box or a Book Satchel
A rare drop of Old Luggage Seashell Hairpin and a Mermaid Doll
