As the name implies, any form of absorption hearts (like Rustic's Iron Wine) don't apply. They simply appear for one second before fading away very quickly.

I have a partial fix for this in dev, but it does not quite work with armor yet.

The issue is there is a check in the absorption handler to prevent the mod from giving you too many hearts which does not know how many hearts come from other sources
