Overload of sharks??

While playing with friends on a server one of them notified me that sharks don't despawn & discovered an absurd amount of sharks in waters
I suspect this may also contribute to the crashing of my server lolll I'm not upset its hilarious but I wanted to address it
- Minecraft version: 1.18.1
- Version of the mod: 2.0.0
I may be using the better fps mod? I'd have to look again
