Tranquilizer to capture hostile mobs. (1.16.5 please)

The Cage works awesome, but I think capturing mobs easily is boring.
Suggestion:
Before you can capture a hostile mobs using cage, it should be weaker (25% health/hearts or below) and need to be tranquilized.
It's like capturing a pokemon :)

There's currently a config option called "easyMobCapturing" that you can disable if you find Cage Traps too exploitable
It basically makes mobs uncatchable if they are trying to attack a target, so you can't just lure hostile mobs into a trap to get rid of them forever
There are plans to include some sort of "tranquilizer" that would put mobs into deep sleep, however
I didn't know that it has such features. All of the mod showcase videos that I watched regarding this mod did not mention it.
So basically, if the easyMobCapturing is disabled, before the Player can capture the mob, the mob should not chasing the player?
Does that work on another mod mob as well?
I am looking forward for the tranquilizer thing, It would be awesome to add challenges on capturing a mob. If possible, please put it on 1.16.5 as well. Thank you so much Man.
