Burrow spawns on air

Describe the bug
When integrating the untamed wilds with lost cities, the burrow seems to be generating on the air within the city.

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Untamed wilds and Lost Cities mod together.
  2. Generate a new world.
  3. Find a city.
  4. Move around within the city to look for burrow, usually the city is generated within plains and will be easier to find it.
