Terrestrial Mobs keep spawning in water

Title. A lot of terrestrial mobs keep spawning in water, including the likes of camels.
1.19.2 version does this as well; seen large amounts of bison and terror birds spawning on the surface of a flooded (plains biome) Superflat world I made.
Confirming 1.20.1 NeoForge also doing this. Think the easiest way to handle this is by adding a new config or to the config, allowing the blocking of certain creatures in certain areas. Example Blacklist Bison on River Biome.
Just addding to this, I've created a small Datapack that will set any of the terrestial animals to get a health pool 0 if they spawn on a water block. This obviously doesn't affect animals that have already spawned or that belong in the water. Just the ones spawning on the water.

You leave it zipped up and put it in the datapacks folder in your save location. Untamed Wilds owner can feel free to include this in the mod until the appropriate fixes can be made.
