Describe the bug
Installed the mod for the first time with the latest version and latest citadel.
I'm using forge 36.1.4

Problem seems to persist only in biomes similar to swamp, plain and coral biomes. Mobs that overspawn are snakes, seaturtles and arowana.
I'm using the default config that comes installed with the mod.
This is the main issue with this mod, and it's not really a bug. Mobs spawn everywhere, and there's really no way to address this without breaking the goals of the mod. I will probably lower the default spawn rate for Critters and Fish because it does get pretty bad
I do have kinda lessened this problem in the next version, by using "totally-not-a-beehive" blocks that store mobs further from 50 blocks away (configurable) and slowly dispense them when close, but doesn't apply to fish
Leaving this open until I find a better approach
