Describe the bug
Just as the title says, ducks spawn dead in frozen rivers, and you can only find raw ducks with their feathers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a world
2. Go to a cold biome and approach the rivers.
3. You will find the loot left by the ducks under the ice covering the rivers.

Expected behavior
Perhaps ducks and geese spawn alive on top of the ice.
