goose egg spawned four geese and three more eggs

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Throw egg
2. ???
3. Way too many geese sometimes

One goose, at most

You might just have been lucky. I use the same algorithm as the chicken eggs. Can you realiblaly reproduce this behaviour?

Oh wow is that a vanilla thing? I've never had that happen before and I've been playing since 2011.
