I made a custom 1.19.2 Fabric modpack with a bunch of mods and noticed certain items were stacking when they have different NBT data. This allows someone to for example fill a tank (MI & IndRev tested) with liquid and then drop an empty tank on the ground and have it become that tank with liquid in it. There were some other examples I noticed from other mod items as well like the Random Rings mod where if you had 2 rings and threw 1 on the ground it would become the ring you still had in your inventory. Once I removed this mod though there was no stacking issue so somehow your mod is causing Minecraft to ignore certain NBT tags allowing for some items to become whatever you're already holding.
