The breaking speed enhancement of Mining Helmet, Chopping Hat & Straw Hat has no effect for Silent Gear tools.

This is a bug in both mods.
Here is a fix for Silent Gear: SilentChaos512/Silent-Gear#225
Fixes for Useful Hats will follow.

With these changes the mod is also compatible.
