Describe the bug
When a cart is teleported from a dimension to another, items are dropped on the ground and a copy of the minecart (with duplicated items) is placed in the destination world.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Send a minecart with chest across dimensions using the teleportation rail.

Expected behavior
The original minecart entity should be removed from the origin world without dropping items on the ground.
