Is it possible to add a new railway tracks?

Launcher track

It's redstone start railway track very similar to the one way track. On powered starts a cart in one direction. If not stops cart in the same direction but ignore carts in the opposite direction (unpowered).

I need it to make two directional stations like

Carts will stop at the end of the platform in both directions.

Now I have to use fast track and slow track to hit speed that allows force the first oneway direction track (opposite to movement) and stop on the second one (in the movement direction). It's hard and annoying.
