The banner is still craftable, but doesn't show up in JEI

Currently playing ATM 10 v2.41 with Utilitarian v0.13.10 and JEI v19.21.0.247, but also tested with a new instance with just JEI and Utilitarian installed

ATM 10 is on NeoForge 21.1.133, and the new instance was tested on 21.1.133 and 21.1.141 (the newest as of posting this)

@taj1994 I'm noticing this too. Could you please tell me the recipe, I can't seem to find it. Thank you. :)

@GatekeeperTDS I'm not in-game at the moment to confirm which one it is, but it's the regular banner recipe with one of the two middle wool blocks replaced with a lead
