As of right now on the minecraft 1.19.2 supported version of the mod
you can automate making duplication of potions part of the way

you can place the items in and have the potion made even take out the finished
potions but then the empty bottle can not be extracted from any side

I thought maybe this was intended to stop automation as to why you have the rest automatable then prevent the extraction of the empty bottle

If you're using a mod with pipes in your pack, you should be able to extract this bottle from the top side.
