A Warp Stone from the Waystones mod will continue to count down through its cooldown period after moving it from regular inventory in to a smart backpack slot.

But a Hearthstone from the Hearthstone Mod mod immediately stops counting down when it is moved from regular inventory in to the smart backpack.
