[Bug]: Valhelsia's vanilla blocks have no harvest tool

Describe the issue

Mod versions of the blocks like Diorite or Andesite have no effective harvest tool, when they should

I'm honestly more curious why these are even needed considering they otherwise seem to just be vanilla blocks.

They are just "vanilla" blocks from what I've seen, even breaking it drops the vanilla blocks

It's even worse in Grass since you can't hoe Valhelsia's Grass blocks, forcing you to break them with no way of speeding it up because shovels don't work

edit: This has been a thing since 2022??? I didn't even notice the date on this post, I thought it was more recent!
