[Bug]: Crashing On Server Start

Describe the issue

Valhelsia Structures crashing at the start of my server loading. This is also on NeoForge 1.21.1 (the option below goes up to 1.19.2 only but I know you all just updated and I am SO hype to get this on my server working as it is LITERALLY my favorite mode to spice up Minecraft to make it feel way more worth while when playing on LargeBiomes!!! ;D )
