Rudders do not work, I have tried to figure out a solution but nothing helps.

Is there any update on this? The issue still seems to persist in the latest v 1.1.1 released about 1 year ago. @Tri0de @DaMatrix is there any word on this? For now the only thing I can do to steer my vessels is to use engines pointing to either side and toggle them on and off to turn the bow - however, this isn't really a precise method since the engines spool up and spool down for a second or so, so it keeps turning for a second even after I've flipped the lever to shut the engine down.
