Issue description

I tried building a sensor to detect whether I am moving up or down(because unfortunately there is no better way to tell in VS, time to change that ;) but as soon as I put an animal on a leash, fix that on a fence and remove the block under the animal, the game keeps running, but everything in terms of redstone, etc. so tick-based things stop running and the world does not save anymore so you have to kill the game

Issue reproduction

build a physics ship, put a fence on 7+ blocks, summon an animal below the fence, leash it to the post, remove the block under the animal, that it falls down, and boom
