I believe Valkyrien Skies is incompatible with Shoulder Surfing, not modern fix

I don't understand these. I even want to submit issues to three mods.

I don't think modern fix is involved in this crash. Just Valkyrien skies and shoulder surfing.

It won't crash. Every time I start the game, this error prompt appears.
