idk which one, am i using the wrong versions? theyre all on 1.20.1, and so is forge

This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies, addons, and the mod I have specified are installed and no other mods

i bring out the shipifier, i place it on my ship, but it doesnt shipify, it just turns invisible

The items that Valkyrien Skies adds are Debug items, hence why they have no texture. Use the items from clockwork instead. As for the ship going invisible, do you have optifine or immersive portals installed
