This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods
- I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description
I wanted to use clockwork and it required me to download valkyrienskies. everytime i launch minecraft without valkyrienskies it works perfectly fine but i wont be able to use clockwork. Does anyone know how to fix this?
