This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies, addons, and the mod I have specified are installed and no other mods

Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
Mod Loader: NeoForge 47.1.100
Java Version: 21-ea
Issue reproduction
Launch Game, then crash when loading mods.
Logs
able to get it running with this setup in 1.20.1, only valk skies mod + create mod loaded
the version ahead for immersive portals fails, would be interesting to know what causes that
