Issue description

On world blocks, throwing items such as copper or zinc ingots into a basin will cause the basin to collect the thrown item and pull it into the basin to control and graphically display.

When the basin is instead on a construct, entities thrown inside the basin will not be registered, meaning you cannot manually put ingredients into the basin - preventing you from using mixers.
This interferes with setting up Create mod production lines on ships.

Issue reproduction

1. Create a create mod basin
2. Place the basin on an assembled construct
3. Attempt to put legal items (e.g. copper ingots) into the basin by throwing them inside
4. Observe the items in the basin do not correctly interact with the basin
