Issue description

You can't use @v to select all ships in a command, you must append [limit=x] to do so.
You should be able to teleport all ships without specifying a limit

Issue reproduction

1. create many ships
2. try teleporting to you with /tp @v ~ ~ ~
3. try teleporting to you with /tp @v[limit=1000] ~ ~ ~
