This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

• I have tested this issue and it occurs when no other mods are installed

Issue description

If you're shipyard is in a snowy biome or one with custom particles then it'll gain those particles and snow will appear on it while raining. Also means cauldrons will fill in biomes that are hot if the ship is in a neutral biome.
I.E. ships are affected by the shipyard biome not the actual biome.

Issue reproduction

1. set weather to rain
2. create a ship
3. repeat till its in a snowy biome
4. watch snow appear out of nowhere
