This issue occurs when only Valkyrien Skies and addons are installed and no other mods

Issue description

Boats act like every block is slippery, aren't affected by ice, don't float on water on ships, don't kick you out when you sink in them (usually), and don't make sounds. They also act weird on bubble columns on ships.
