Issue description

When TNT is pushed with a piston, it doesn't go in the direction that the piston actually is. Rather it goes in the direction the piston was pointed when the ship was assembled. This seems to be a bug related to the piston's behavior more than with TNT, and can likely be addressed in the same way that dispensers have been.

Issue reproduction

Spawn a ship, put a piston down, and turn the ship. It'll push entities in the wrong direction.
